Our website provides informational content and digital tools (Cost Estimator, Vastu Checker, Contact Forms, Portfolio). You agree to use these features responsibly and not for any unlawful purposes, data scraping, or malicious activities.

4. Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request through our website does not automatically establish a formal client-architect relationship or create a binding contract. A binding agreement is only formed once a formal project contract is signed and the initial consultation fee or project advance is paid.

The Cost Estimator tool provided on this website is intended for preliminary planning and indicative purposes only. The estimated costs are approximations based on standard industry rates. We do not guarantee these costs. Final quotations are strictly dependent on finalized architectural drawings, structural requirements, site conditions, selected materials, and the finalized project scope.

6. Vastu Consultation Disclaimer

While we respect and integrate traditional Vastu Shastra principles into our designs when requested, we do not guarantee specific personal, financial, or spiritual outcomes resulting from these designs. Vastu applications are subject to structural feasibility and modern architectural standards.

7. Quotations, Estimates & Timelines

Any proposals, timelines, or estimates provided before the signing of a formal contract are indicative. We do not guarantee construction timelines or final costs until a detailed contract is executed, as these are subject to external factors like weather, material availability, and municipal approvals. We do not guarantee municipal or government building approvals, though we provide drawings compliant with standard regulations.

8. Design & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing, all architectural drawings, 3D renders, floor plans, structural designs, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Apna House Design. You are granted a limited license to use the provided designs solely for the construction of the specific project they were created for. Reusing our designs for other plots or distributing them without our permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate property dimensions, legal ownership documents, site access, and timely feedback during the design phases. Delays in client approvals may result in extended project timelines.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Google Maps, social media platforms). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apna House Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of our website, preliminary tools, or delayed project executions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemic lockdowns, material shortages, or government actions).

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our operating city/state in India.
